Alfred Lehner (* 1936 in black brook to the Saale) is a German banker and president of the TSV 1860 Munich.

Lehner began its career as a savings bank employee. 1977 he became chief executive of the residents of Munich municipal savings bank and seven years late members of the board of the Bavarian Landesbank. By March 1998 to at the end of of May 2001 he was chief executive of the Bavarian Landesbank.

With the TSV 1860 Munich it began 1983 as a member of the advisory board, since 2003 was it a chairman of the supervisory board. Since March 2006 Alfred H is. Lehner president with the TSV 1860 Munich.
