The bank of Slovenia (Slovenian: Banka Slovenije) is the central bank of the Republic of Slovenia with seat in loaf oh.

The bank of Slovenia was created briefly after the independence of the country on 25 June 1991. It is an independent central bank, however with reporting obligation in relation to the Slovenian parliament. The tasks of the bank essentially consist of administration of the Slovenian currency - the Tolar, attention of a price stability and an inflation rate as well as the liquidity and availability of payments in relation to other currencies. In addition the bank is awake over the Slovenian bank system.

The bank of Slovenia pursues a careful monetary policy, which pursues the progressive decrease of the Entwertungsrhythmuses of the Tolar.
