Clemens (* 27. July 1948 in Achern) be a German manager.

After Rolf Breuer withdrew from the supervisory board presidency of the German bank, with effect became 4. May 2006 to the member of the supervisory board orders and from this to the chairman selected.

is a fee professor at Institut for managerial policy and strategic guidance of the Ludwig Maximilians university Munich and member of the supervisory board of the Heidelberger printing machines AG.
