The Europen of the Assurances designates the roof federation of the national federations of the insurance companies.

At present (conditions: Decembers 2005) are 33 national associations of underwriters member of the CEA.

The federation sat down to its primary goal of using themselves in the best possible way for the interests of the member federations and in particular of influencing on legal regulations to favour of the insurance companies.
