The East German association of savings banks (OSV) is the roof federation of the savings banks in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg, Saxonia-Anhalt and Saxonia. The savings banks is member in the savings bank and Giroverband Hessen Thuringia.

The OSV is a body of the public right.
