The savings bank is a public savings bank with seat in Kiel in Schleswig-Holstein.
Organisational structure
The savings bank becomes an institute of the public right. Legal bases are the savings bank law for Schleswig-Holstein and the statute issued by the board of directors of the savings bank. Organs of the savings bank become the executive committee and the board of directors.
Altogether the savings bank will employ 1,500 coworkers (of it 94 training) and will operate 83 branches (of it 25 self-service branches). Thus the savings bank the second largest savings bank of Schleswig-Holstein will belong and to the 20 largest employers of the country.
Business adjustment and business success
The savings bank will operate the universal banking transaction as savings bank. It will become market leader in their line of business.
