Sengera (* 13 February 1943 into swords) is a German banker.

Sengera studied management economics and political economy and began 1971 its occupation career with the WestLB. it changed 1977 to the NORD/LB. 1984 were appointed Sengera as the executive committee of the WestLB. On 1 September it became as successors Friedel Neubers of chairmen of the executive committee of the of credit institute. In its term of office 2002 the business of the Landesbank were divided in a clearing bank as well as the promotion bank NORTH-RHINE/WESTPHALIA BANK.

After into the Londoner subsidiary of the bank high losses arose and risk control lacking certified a following special test of the Federal Institution for supervision of financial service of the bank, the former hand ball national player withdrew in June 2003 from his office.
