Tessen of Heydebreck (* 9 January 1945 in Orth, Eastern Pomerania) is a personality in the German financial world.

It studied jurisprudence in Freiburg and Goettingen and attained a doctorate 1975 in Goettingen to the Dr. jur. One year before, 1974, he had occurred and completed Deutsche Bank its training in Hamburg and Bremen. In the year 1977 it changed to the stock exchange department of the bank and became at the same time an assistant of the management. 1981 took over that the branch Bremen, 1983 became it member of the management of the head office Bremen, 1991 of the head office Hamburg.

Since 1994 it belongs to the executive committee of the bank, until 1996 as a deputy member. From Heydebreck Chief administrative Officer carries the title, is beyond that responsible to personnel executive committee and for right, revision, Compliance and for east and centralEuropean countries. In the year 2005 its content including special allowances amounted to 5.3 millions euro after 4,8 millions euro in the previous year.

With the running out of his contract for general meeting 2006 should originally go from Heydebreck into the retirement, after it exceeded the unofficial age limit for executive committees of 60 years already. Aufgrung of follow-up problems was extended its contract until 2007.

By Heydebreck is married and has four daughters.
